Refund and Return Policy

We do not do exchanges, we can only take returns on certain items. Sale Items and Handmade items are all final sales and are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email (leteremoana@gmail.com) within 72 hours of receiving your item(s). We will then give you further instructions on returning your item(s).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns will not be accepted on international orders due to customs fees.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 3 days of receiving it. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3 - 5 business days upon approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If an item is broken upon arrival, you have 72 hours to notify us via email at: leteremoana@gmail.com with a photo of the broken item. 

We will then determine whether we send out a replacement or a refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
