Shipping
Our customers receive automatic updates on their order to the email that they check out with. Customers MUST ENSURE that the email they provide is correct to avoid not receiving updates on their order.
Priority Mail® Insurance (for merchandise) of either $50 or $100 is provided automatically.
Once USPS is in possession of your order, we no longer have any control over the package. If there are any issues with your order during transit, you must send an inquiry with the courier it shipped with. Please also feel free to let us know so that we can try to assist as well.
Customers are encouraged to pay for insurance for your package if it could potentially be stolen if delivered or in the event that it gets lost in transit by USPS. We will not be able to refund your order or replace it in the event that it is lost by USPS or Stolen after being delivered. This is out of our control and it is highly recommended for customers to track their package(s) closely.
Federal Holidays and Sunday’s are the only days we are unable to ship due to the Post Office being closed on those days. However, orders placed on Sunday can be shipped out as early as Monday, as long as Monday is not a federal holiday.
We understand the importance of Fast Shipping and Customer Satisfaction. We will always strive to get all orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible! Processing and Shipping times will vary based on volume of orders we receive. Customers can expect their order to ship out within 2-4 business days after it has been placed.
All of our shipping rates are determined by the weight of the item(s) that you purchase. We have set our Shipping up that way to ensure that our customers are only paying for the weight of the items that they are buying, rather than being charged a flat rate that will cost more than necessary.
Our shipping methods are generated directly from USPS. We have no control over how quickly or slow they process an order once it is handed off to them. Please always ensure that the email you provide for your account is correct so that you will be able to receive updates on your order.
Note: If shipping out of the mainland to places like Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, etc., please choose priority if you are wanting it quicker than later. Ground advantage is the slowest option and can take a few weeks/months.
